dvd cd driver install error 64bit ver

Hi, I boot from dvd, it works in first step reading files, ask me for language and I can select it, but.. when initiating installation an error pops up with the message: "can't find cd/dvd drive driver .. try loading manually.. " but I can't select anything and have to restart machine without installing..
¿any idea?

Go back to the identical post you made six hours ago and read Jane's response. That's just my idea, though.
